Wake up early and meet with the guide for a visit to the dairy where Parmigiano Reggiano is made, we will observe the production process, the maturing rooms, at the end tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Guided tour of the richly furnished and decorated rooms of the Rocca Meli Lupi di Soragna.
Guided visit to the Parmigiano Reggiano Museum in Soragna, set up in an early 20th century cheese factory.
Free lunch in the medieval village of Fontanellato
