VISIT TO THE ZUARINA SALUMI FACTORY – Langhirano

Respect for tradition, quality and Italian craftsmanship. Zuarina, a historic salami factory in Langhirano, has centuries of experience in the ancient “know-how” of Parma ham. Renowned for its characteristic sweetness, Zuarina ham is known and appreciated in the most prestigious locations around the world. Founded in 1860, Zuarina offers itself on the national and international market with various distinctive features, such as the careful selection of exclusively 100% Italian meat from an integrated proprietary supply chain; attention to all stages of the process, from salting (a pinch), to particularly long “cold” rest; the predisposition to the slow maturing that takes place in the underground cellar, an ideal place to favor the formation of the aromas and colors that distinguish the quality of Zuarina ham.

Description: Discover the traditional processing of Parma Ham.

The internal staff will lead you through the processing rooms from the salting to the maturing cellars.

At the end of the course tasting of Parma Ham Zuarina.

When: Every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10.45 am

Where: Salumificio Zuarina, Via Cascinapiano, 4 , Langhirano

Minimum number of participants: minimum 4 people or with supplement of €15 per person for minimum 2 people.

 

NB: Cancellation policy: 

All orders (unless otherwise indicated in the description of the experience) can be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours before the start of the experience itself. Beyond this term, the penalty is 100% of the order value.
