Day 1 \u2013 Parma \u2022 Fontanellato \u2022 Polesine \u2022 Roccabianca<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Morning \u2013 The world of Parmigiano Reggiano<\/strong>
Welcome and visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy<\/strong>, with tasting and explanation of the production process and aging cellars.
Followed by a visit to the Parmigiano Reggiano Museum<\/strong> in Soragna.<\/p>\n

Transfer to the Labirinto della Masone<\/strong>, an extraordinary cultural park designed by Franco Maria Ricci, which houses the largest bamboo labyrinth in the world<\/strong>.
Light lunch at the Bistrot de la Masone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Transfer to Polesine Zibello<\/strong>: guided visit to the Culatello Museum<\/strong>, walk through the Po Forest<\/strong>, exploring woods, riverine vegetation, and free-range black pigs, followed by a tasting of Culatello<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Continue to Roccabianca<\/strong> and guided visit of the Renaissance castle<\/strong> built by Pietro Maria Rossi for his beloved Bianca Pellegrini.<\/p>\n

Check-in at the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

Day 2 \u2013 Colorno \u2022 Parma<\/strong><\/h3>\n

After breakfast, transfer to Colorno<\/strong>.
Guided visit to the Reggia<\/strong>, the country residence of the Dukes of Parma, and a walk in the historic garden.
Picnic in the park with a basket of local products.<\/p>\n

Return to the hotel and short rest.
At 5:00 PM, meet the guide for a guided city tour<\/strong> of Parma.
Followed by an aperitif with tasting of Parma cured meats<\/strong>.
Overnight stay at the hotel.<\/p>\n

Day 3 \u2013 Torrechiara \u2022 Mamiano<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Morning \u2013 Parma Ham and Torrechiara Castle<\/strong>
Breakfast and visit to a Parma ham production facility<\/strong>, with tasting.<\/p>\n

Continue to Torrechiara Castle<\/strong>, one of the most scenic castles in Italy, famous for the Golden Chamber<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Late morning transfer and visit to the Magnani Rocca Foundation<\/strong>, which hosts works by Van Gogh, Titian, D\u00fcrer<\/strong>, and other great masters.
Free time for a walk in the large villa park.<\/p>\n
