

Electric bike tour through medieval villages, castles, vineyards, and the hidden remains of the Roman town of Veleia, nestled among forests and streams.
Day 1: Castell’Arquato
Morning arrival in Castell’Arquato and check-in at the hotel.
Guided tour of the medieval village (walking tour including entry to the Romanesque Collegiate Church, the Visconti Fortress, with spectacular views over the valley, and the Geological Museum).
Lunch tasting of cured meats and cheeses at the Municipal Wine Cellar.
In the afternoon, a short walking tour (easy, a few kilometers) to a local winery. Visit the vineyards, the cellar, and enjoy a wine tasting. Return to Castell’Arquato and, after a brief rest at the hotel, participate in a cooking class or sommelier class.
Dinner at a restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Vigolo Marchese, Gropparello, Veleia, Castell’Arquato

After breakfast, pick up electric bikes and depart for Gropparello.
A varied route with climbs and descents leads from Castell’Arquato to the magnificent Romanesque complex of Vigolo Marchese, dating back to the 11th century (visit the Romanesque baptistery and San Giorgio Church).
Guided visit of the Gropparello Castle and lunch at a medieval tavern.
In the afternoon, continue to Veleia Romana, an ancient Roman town where the forum, basilica, and residential areas are still visible. Explore the Tabula Alimentaria Traianea, the largest known bronze inscription in the Roman world.
Descend along the Arda stream and return to Castell’Arquato.
Dinner at a restaurant and a medieval fencing demonstration. Overnightstay at the hotel.
Day 3: Castell’Arquato – Vigoleno
Distance: 28.8 km | Elevation: ascent 520 m – descent 512 m
After breakfast, pick up electric bikes and depart along the cycling route to Vigoleno.
Visit this picturesque medieval village, still enclosed by its ancient walls.
Lunch at a winery producing Vin Santo di Vigoleno, a sweet AOC wine made only in this region in small quantities.
Afternoon return to Castell’Arquato.
