Day 1 – Parma • Fontanellato • Polesine • Roccabianca

Morning – The world of Parmigiano Reggiano
Welcome and visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, with tasting and explanation of the production process and aging cellars.
Followed by a visit to the Parmigiano Reggiano Museum in Soragna.

Transfer to the Labirinto della Masone, an extraordinary cultural park designed by Franco Maria Ricci, which houses the largest bamboo labyrinth in the world.
Light lunch at the Bistrot de la Masone.

Transfer to Polesine Zibello: guided visit to the Culatello Museum, walk through the Po Forest, exploring woods, riverine vegetation, and free-range black pigs, followed by a tasting of Culatello.

Continue to Roccabianca and guided visit of the Renaissance castle built by Pietro Maria Rossi for his beloved Bianca Pellegrini.

Check-in at the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2 – Colorno • Parma

After breakfast, transfer to Colorno.
Guided visit to the Reggia, the country residence of the Dukes of Parma, and a walk in the historic garden.
Picnic in the park with a basket of local products.

Return to the hotel and short rest.
At 5:00 PM, meet the guide for a guided city tour of Parma.
Followed by an aperitif with tasting of Parma cured meats.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 – Torrechiara • Mamiano

Morning – Parma Ham and Torrechiara Castle
Breakfast and visit to a Parma ham production facility, with tasting.

Continue to Torrechiara Castle, one of the most scenic castles in Italy, famous for the Golden Chamber.

Late morning transfer and visit to the Magnani Rocca Foundation, which hosts works by Van Gogh, Titian, Dürer, and other great masters.
Free time for a walk in the large villa park.

End of services.
