Morning – Castell’Arquato, one of Italy’s most beautiful medieval villages
Arrival in Castell’Arquato and meeting with the guide.
Walk through the village from Basso Paese to the Piazza Monumentale, admiring: the Fontana del Duca, the Torrione Farnese, and the Palazzo del Podestà.
Entrance and guided visit to the Rocca Viscontea and the Collegiata di Santa Maria Assunta, an ancient Romanesque parish church.
Lunch at a typical restaurant with dishes from the Piacenza culinary tradition.

Afternoon – Grazzano Visconti & winery
Transfer to Grazzano Visconti, a charming neo‑medieval village closed to traffic, a rare example of revivalist architecture from the late 19th to early 20th century.
Free time to explore the village and artisan shops.
Guided visit to the Castle Park (15 hectares), featuring Italian and English gardens, rich in botanical species.
(The castle is only open for visits during specific periods of the year.)
Afterwards, transfer to a winery with a wine museum: guided tour, small tasting, and possibility to purchase.
